Objective of the training

This training aims to teach, through practical exercises and concrete application, the use of the LEAN Pugh Matrix approach to carry out a quantified analysis of opportunities, both technically and subjectively. The approach allows for the comparison of different different solutions and the determination of the most advantageous choices. It is particularly useful for the comparative evaluation of technical concepts and the selection of bidders.

Service Content

The service includes a 3-hour training session on the Pugh Matrix approach. The customization of a "Template" file, as well as support for the realization of a pilot project needs to be quoted separately. It is recommended to allow between 6 and 14 hours, depending on the content and scope of the pilot project chosen.
