New Product Development and R&D

With more than 30 years of experience in new product development, he has worked in research and development (R&D), engineering and manufacturing for local and international markets. His career has led him to work in small and medium-sized international companies, where he has contributed to innovation, value creation and the growth of organizations.

Management and planning

He has been responsible for budget planning and management, team restructuring and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring the efficient and consistent execution of strategic initiatives.

Consulting and sector expertise

For more than 4 years, as an independent consultant, he has accompanied various companies in areas such as Lean Management, project management, the food industry, training and coaching. Its expertise extends to the design, validation and manufacturing of new products, for both high and low volumes. The expertise also covers several areas, including Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Ventilation, Transportation Electrification, Automotive, Electric Motors, Internet of Things (IoT), Food and Packaging.

Projects and continuous improvement

He has led numerous capital expenditure projects, including the acquisition of tools, IT solutions and infrastructure construction. Its approach is based on Lean principles, continuous improvement and the 6Sigma methodology.

Technological integration and innovation

He also has extensive experience in integrating IoT Wireless Cloud solutions (including AWS IoT) into cloud products and ecosystems. He specializes in the certification (compliance) and integration of electronic systems, including embedded software and real-time management processes (pressure, temperature, electromechanical parts, user interfaces, etc.).

Career development and recognition

His professional career began as a technician and evolved to become a Professional Engineer (OIQ) and Vice-President of Engineering and Product Development. He has accumulated over 27 years of experience in certification and compliance with standards such as CSA, UL, CE, FCC, ISO9001 and NSF. Also been awarded IEEE Senior member.
