Objective of the training

This 3 hour interactive training is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the LEAN basics applied to 8D problem-solving analysis. Focused on the practices of the automotive industry, the main objective of this session is to equip participants so that they master the fundamental principles of this method and are able to follow each of the essential steps to perform an 8D analysis.

Training content

During the training, participants will explore the methodology inspired by the 8D approach:

•  Emphasize a structured approach to the problem-solving process.
•  Learning will focus on developing new reflexes to react effectively as soon as a problem arises.
• The skills learned will also reduce the recurrence of problems, increase problem-solving performance, and maintain high product quality.
• In addition, participants will learn analytical methods to optimize the production flow and make it as uniform as possible and eliminate uncontrolled variability.
