He has had the opportunity to lead teams and facilities in Canada, the United States, Europe and China, which has allowed him to gain an international perspective and deep expertise.

Over the course of his career, Eric has worked in companies of all sizes, ranging from small structures to large international corporations generating revenues between $10 million and $10 billion. He has also been involved in phases of rapid growth, implementing LEAN processes, to add value and support this expansion.
